The essentials
No. You stop whenever you want, with no cancellation fee: a WhatsApp message, a call, an email or the contact form on the site is enough. It takes effect the day before your next payment, which therefore does not happen. The setup fee, on the other hand, covers work already done: it is not refunded once the site is online. And if you keep your web address before 1 year of subscription, its transfer costs 30 €.
Almost nothing. You answer a few questions on your phone (ten minutes, with examples), then we take care of everything. If Google needs you to verify something, we tell you exactly what to do, step by step.
Your site is online 72 hours after we receive your information. The Google listing has to be approved by Google: allow a few days to a few weeks depending on the case. Google ads start as soon as the campaign is ready; the “Google Guaranteed” badge appears once Google has checked your application.
Allow from 200 € a month. You set the amount, and you pay it straight to Google: we take no commission on it. Fully booked mid-month? One WhatsApp message and we pause the ads; you restart them whenever you want, the same way. Standard ads are paid per click; with the “Google Guaranteed” badge, you pay when a client contacts you.
Yes. If you already have a Google listing, we take it over rather than create a second one: you add us as a manager, and we guide you. Your domain name is connected to your new site with no interruption: you keep the address your clients know. We just need access to its settings, or the contact of the person who manages it.
We create your website and your web address (free), then, depending on the pack, your Google listing, the follow-up of your reviews and your Google ads. You have nothing to install.
Pack 1: a site in your name and your online business card. Pack 2: on top of that, you stand out on Google Maps: listing created, approved and looked after every month. Pack 3: on top of that, your ads show at the top of Google (paid advertising), the “Google Guaranteed” badge (depending on your trade), and your change of trading name is free. Our advice: if clients compare you on Google Maps (cleaning, hairdressing, car washing, catering…), Pack 2; if it is often urgent (plumber, locksmith, electrician…), Pack 3. You change pack whenever you want.
Prices incl. VAT. Pack 1: 49 € then 9.99 €/month. Pack 2: 149 € then 29 €/month. Pack 3: 290 € then 49 €/month, plus your advertising budget paid to Google (from 200 €/month). The monthly fee starts after a 30-day trial.
Other questions
It is possible: we do not give exclusivity by trade or by town. But each site and each Google listing is worked on for its own business, with its own words, photos and reviews, without favouring anyone. What puts you ahead on Google is your listing, your reviews and your ads, never a setting on our side.
On servers in France. Your texts, photos and logo remain yours.
Online by card, securely, at the end of the form, on the payment page of our provider Mollie. Today, you only pay the setup fee. The subscription comes with a 30-day trial: the amount and date of the first monthly payment are shown in the summary, and you accept them by ticking a box before paying. After that, payment is taken every month. Your bank details are entered directly with Mollie, we never see them.
No hidden fees. Two things are not in the subscription, and here they are: with Pack 3, the advertising budget is paid straight to Google, at the amount you set; and if you leave before 12 months and take your domain name with you, the transfer costs 30 €. Everything else — hosting, domain name, security certificate, changes — is included in the monthly fee.
Content changes are unlimited and included in the subscription. You write to us with what you want to change — a price, a photo, opening hours, a text — and we take care of it, usually the same day and within 3 working days at the latest.
We do. You fill in the form in your own words — your trade, your services, your area — and from that we write a clear site that makes people want to call. You read it before it goes online and ask for any corrections you want.
No. We start with quality visuals suited to your trade and your site goes online anyway. As soon as you have your photos or your logo, you send them to us and we swap them in: it is included in the subscription.
Your introduction, your services, your area, your client reviews, a contact form, a call button and a WhatsApp button, plus the required legal pages. All designed for the phone first: that is where your clients look for you.
Straight to you. Messages from the form arrive by e-mail (and on WhatsApp if you turn it on), and the call button dials your number in one tap. Nothing to install, no software to learn. If you have added xkontact, requests also land in your contact book, ready to call back.
We give you a QR code to show or stick up — on your van, your counter, your invoice. Your client scans it and lands straight on your Google reviews page. With Packs 2 and 3, we also reply to reviews for you.
Yes, with the shop option, available on any pack: Small shop, designed for around twenty products (+12 €/month); Shop, designed for around a hundred products (+29 €/month); Unlimited shop (+49 €/month). Secure payment, collection on site or delivery with your own areas and prices, and 0 % commission on your sales.
Your content — texts, photos, logo — remains yours. The domain name is free: we buy it and look after it for you as long as your subscription is active, you have nothing to do. If you stop, you can ask to take it with you: the transfer is free after 12 months of subscription, and costs 30 € before that. The technology that runs the site (the code, the templates) remains the property of xklic.
Yes. Each site comes with its legal notice and privacy policy, and it is served over HTTPS. We do not set advertising cookies: your visitors do not have to deal with a cookie banner.
Yes, either way and at any time. You write to us and we adjust your subscription: the difference is taken into account on your next invoice, without rebuilding your site. The price of xkontact and xkelo does not change.
Yes. You can start without a SIRET (French business registration number) and send it to us later. In the meantime, we simply show “registration in progress” on the site.
Yes. If you are eligible for the 50 % tax credit, we show it clearly on your site: it is often what makes your client decide.
Tell us and we fix it: changes are included and unlimited. If it still does not suit you, you stop with one message, with no reason needed — that is what the 30-day trial on the subscription is for.

xkontact
No, never on WhatsApp or by text message: it writes the text, you press, and the message goes from your phone. By email, it sends what you approve, in your name, with your logo, and the replies come back to you.
From the public business registers (Sirene, legal announcements), from open mapping data and from the company’s own site. We buy no lists. Businesses that have closed or are in difficulty are removed, and those who ask not to be called again are never proposed again, to anyone.
These are companies, not private individuals, and their contact details are public. You are responsible for what you say and write: say who you are, talk about their trade, and respect a “no”. The app gives you the “Do not contact again” button for that. We explain it all on our information page for the businesses we contact.
The client book, the requests, the messages and the reviews, yes. The five businesses each morning, no: they come from the French registers.
