No. The site is the starting point. xkontact and xkelo are included in some plans, or can be added whenever you want, as one more line on the same bill.
Three plans, prices incl. VAT. Your site: 49 € then 9.99 €/month. We look after your Google: 149 € then 29 €/month. At the top of Google: 290 € then 49 €/month. At 49 €/month, both tools are included. At 29 €/month, xkontact is included and xkelo costs 5 €/month. At 9.99 €/month, xkontact costs 15 €/month and xkelo 5 €/month.
No, just one, from us. An extra tool means an extra line on your subscription, never a second payment taken.
No. You stop whenever you want, with a message to contact@xklic.com. It takes effect at the end of the current month. The setup fee covers work that has already been done: it is not refunded once the site is online.
That is exactly who we made them for. Everything happens from your phone, with nothing to install. And if you get stuck, we can do the first invoice or the first setting with you, inside your account, telling you before we do.
xkelo, yes, on request, for 9.99 €/month: write to us. xkontact is not offered without the site: it lives on the requests your site receives.
On servers in France. Your texts, photos, contacts and invoices stay yours. From xkontact, you export or delete your data yourself.

The site
That is not a problem. We start with tidy visuals suited to your trade, and your site goes online all the same. As soon as you have your photos or your logo, you send them to us and we swap them in: that is included.
Your texts, your photos and your domain name are yours. We buy and look after the domain for you during the subscription; if you leave, we transfer it to you, free after 12 months, 30 € before that.
Yes, whenever you want, by writing to us. The change is settled on your next bill. The included tools follow the plan.
Yes. If your clients do not all speak French, we publish your site in several languages, with a language picker at the top of the page. Just tell us which ones.
By email and on WhatsApp, directly. If your plan includes xkontact, they also land in your client book, ready to call back.
xkontact
No, never on WhatsApp or by text message: it writes the text, you press, and the message goes from your phone. By email, it sends what you approve, in your name, with your logo, and the replies come back to you.
From the public business registers (Sirene, legal announcements), from open mapping data and from the company’s own site. We buy no lists. Businesses that have closed or are in difficulty are removed, and those who ask not to be called again are never proposed again, to anyone.
These are companies, not private individuals, and their contact details are public. You are responsible for what you say and write: say who you are, talk about their trade, and respect a “no”. The app gives you the “Do not contact again” button for that. We explain it all on our information page for the businesses we contact.
The client book, the requests, the messages and the reviews, yes. The five businesses each morning, no: they come from the French registers.
xkontact is new and we are opening it to our clients in stages. If your plan includes it, write to us: we will let you know as soon as your account is ready. If you are not a client yet, it comes with your site.

Online by card, securely (Stripe), at the end of the form. Today, you only pay the setup fee. The subscription comes with a 30-day trial: the first monthly payment is taken after those 30 days, then every month. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe, we never see them.
No hidden costs. Two things are not part of the subscription, and here they are: with “At the top of Google”, the advertising budget is paid straight to Google, at the amount you set; and if you leave before 12 months and take your domain name with you, the transfer costs 30 €. Everything else — hosting, domain name, security certificate, changes — is included in the monthly fee.
Content changes are unlimited and included in the subscription. You write to us with what you want changed — a price, a photo, an opening time, a text — and we take care of it, usually the same day and within 3 working days at the latest.
We do. You fill in the form in your own words — your trade, your services, the area you cover — and from that we write a clear site that makes people want to call. You read it over before it goes online and ask for any changes you want.

“Your site”: you exist online and people find you when they look for you. “We look after your Google”: on top of that, we keep your Google listing up to date, we post every month, we answer your reviews in your place, and xkontact client follow-up is included. “At the top of Google”: on top of that, we set up and manage your Google ads — they appear above the usual results and you only pay Google when a real client contacts you — we put together your application for the “Guaranteed by Google” badge, and xkelo quotes and invoices are included.
We give you a QR code to show or to stick up — on the van, on the counter, on an invoice. Your client scans it and lands straight on your Google reviews page. With the plans where we look after your Google, we also answer the reviews in your place.
Yes, with the shop option, available on any plan: Small shop, made for around twenty products (+12 €/month); Shop, made for around a hundred products (+29 €/month); Shop with no limit (+49 €/month). Secure payment, collection in person or delivery with your own areas and prices, and 0 % commission on your sales.

The technology that runs the site (the code, the templates) remains the property of xklic.
Yes. We connect your current domain name to your new site, with no visible break for your clients: you keep the address they already know. We just need access to your domain settings: either you give it to us, or we contact the person who manages it for you.
Yes. Every site comes with its legal notice and its privacy policy, and it is served over HTTPS. We do not set advertising cookies: your visitors get no cookie banner to put up with.
Yes, in both directions and at any time. You write to us, we adjust your subscription: the difference is taken into account on your next bill, without rebuilding your site. The included tools follow the plan.
Yes. You can start without a SIRET and send it to us later. In the meantime, we simply put “registration in progress” on the site.
Yes. If you qualify for the 50 % tax credit, we show it clearly on your site: that is often the argument that convinces your client.
You tell us and we put it right: touch-ups are included and unlimited. If it still does not suit you, you stop with one message, with no reason to give and no exit fee — the 30-day trial on the subscription is there for that.
