What visitors to your xklic site have written to you arrives in the app with nothing to do. One tap, and the request becomes a contact in your client book.
One single book, shared with your invoices
A contact created here also exists in xkelo. No typing things twice, no two lists drifting apart. Their quotes and invoices are visible on their page.
Messages ready, you just press
First contact, quote reminder, review request: the text is written, using the client’s first name, signed by your company. You press, and it goes from your phone, from your number, on WhatsApp or by text message. Nothing goes out without you.
Five businesses to call every morning
You set your town once, how far you travel, and what you are looking for (dental practices, offices, restaurants, schools…). Every morning, five businesses in your area, taken from the public business registers, each with the reason it is there: “opened 26 days ago”, “never called”, “2 km away”.
What do I say?
On each page, three lines to say after “hello”, and the answer to “we already have someone”. Not a script: a reminder. After the call, one button: interested, call back, not for me.
Reviews, without thinking about it
When an invoice is paid, the client joins the list of reviews to ask for. One button sends them all by email, with your logo, pointing to your Google listing. The app tells you who could not be reached, and why.
In your language, and in your employee’s
The app is in French, Arabic and English. Everyone picks their own. Messages to clients go out in the language you set for the company.

You switch it on from your account
Included in the “We look after your Google” and “At the top of Google” plans. 15 €/month with “Your site”, on the same bill. Your client book and your requests are already there.
You set your radar, once
Your starting town, how far you travel (25 km at most), and what you are looking for. Depending on your trade, some boxes are already ticked; you adjust them.
Five minutes every morning
You answer the requests, you chase the quotes that are sleeping, you make your five calls. In the evening, you note what is done. And tomorrow, five new ones.
The five limits, said upfront.
- It does not send WhatsApp messages or text messages in your place. It writes the text, you press, and the message goes from your phone. That is on purpose: it is the only way it is really from you.
- The five businesses each morning are for France only. Elsewhere, the client book, the requests, the messages and the reviews all work; that part does not.
- It does not find a phone number every time. When it cannot, it tells you and replaces the business with another one.
- It does not follow up on its own. Today, the quote reminder is prepared, and you are the one who sends it. Automatic reminders will come later.
- No import of your old contacts, no diary. For now, the client book fills up through your requests, your calls and your invoices.

xkontact is not offered without an xklic site: it lives on the requests your site receives. Phone number searches are never charged to you.
Where the businesses come from, and what you are allowed to do.
The five businesses each morning come from the public business registers (Sirene, legal announcements), from open mapping data and from the company’s own site. We buy no lists. Businesses that have closed or are in difficulty are removed, and those who ask not to be called again are never proposed again, to anyone.
